Away from the hamsters.
OH MY GOD NOSTALGIA WAVE. This song just came on my pandora. I’ve never heard it before, but it makes me miss North Carolina and friends back home. There is really nothing that can compare to that kind of innocent, carefree, amazing summer that was the summer after senior year of high school. And it’s so hard when you realize there are people I feel lucky to see once a year. I MISS Y’ALL. So much.
What is that cheeful sound
Rain fallin’ on the ground
We’ll wear a jolly crown
Buckle up, we’re wayward bound
We’ll come back for Indian Summer
We’ll come back for Indian Summer
We’ll come back for Indian Summer
And go our separate ways
I really love my schedule this semester in the sense that it is so much lighter than the pat few… this week I’ve been able to either go for a run or go to yoga every morning this week !!! It’s amazing how much better I feel when I am active/eating well/sleeping. Well, I guess not that amazing, it’s more a scientific fact. Take care of your body. Be happy.

High Line Section 2
I love seeing things like this. I think if we applied this kind of creativity and conscious effort to more aspects of modern life, we could at least start to alleviate a lot of the environmental issues we face now.
I’m taking it as a sign from the paperfree gods that my unsuccessful search for my favorite moleskin weekly planner that I have been using for my entire college career to stay organized and on top of things that it is time to go digital. I am going to try the apple calender thing, and google’s to do lists are a god send. I am even considering one of those like $10 list making apps for my iphone but hopefully it won’t come to that. Hope this doesn’t crash and burn on me in a flaming pile of unturned in assignments and missed meetings.
struggling through the 12 hour time change for the first morning of classes. massive cups of coffee and walking the dog. I miss Nepal and especially all of the amazing people there but life in Boulder is good.
