Saw a thing at Whole Foods today about microcredit projects in the tea growing region… Ilam!! It made me so homesick for that place. Seriously can’t wait to (one day) go back to those beautiful hills and my amazing Nepali family.
Love those moments where you see something to see all the time from a little distance, only to realize how amazing it really is (heading home today and seeing Matt coaching his high school ultimate team… go knights/I am such a lucky girl!!).
Just booked tickets for themostamazingsummerever plan#1: Boston for Matt’s sister’s wedding!

It’s impossible to really accept that you are looking at something that massive, and easy to imagine how Buddhist tradition says that the himals are the homes...
Matt and I went to a Denver Avs game this afternoon because his company gets season passes and shares the tickets… we get there and realize that our seats are like row three behind the glass. I’ve never been to an NHL game before, and I know nothing about hockey. But it was exciting! Especially everytime the puck/players smashed into the glass in front of my face. And how the people...
snooowww daaayyy!
CU has never had a full on snow day since I’ve been here… I am going to celebrate by taking the dog on a snowshoe in the flatirons, from my backporch!!
Actually started writing my honors thesis today!! Of course I started in the middle, but it’s the part my mind was most on/ most recently worked on. It’s nuts that I have been researching/collecting data/running models for a year now, and in the next two months it’s going to get tied up.
Gotta celebrate with stout month later tonight (love February!!). Yesterday I met Matt and...
